If your order looks to be severely damaged from the outside packaging please take a picture and let us know before proceeding. If possible you can refuse delivery so the package is sent back to us in the condition it was received.

If you open a box and the records inside are in some way damaged please take pictures and contact us before removing the record from it's shrink wrap.  

In the event that a record has a manufacturer’s defect, please let us know within 7 business days of receipt. We will replace the record with a different copy, and refund the cost of return shipping to the customer. The replacement copy will be mailed out upon return of first copy. In the event that we do not have another copy, a refund will be issued.

If for any other reason a customer is dissatisfied with a record purchased, please let us know within 7 business days of receipt. We will authorize return of the item, with customer paying shipping. The record must be shipped with a tracking number so that delivery to us is verifiable. The record must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in. It must also be in the original packaging with shrink wrap intact, we will refund the purchase.
