Weezer's Black Album Drops Today
Weezer's Black Album Drops Today

Weezer (The Black Album) is out now on Crush Music/Atlantic Records. It's been a pretty weird couple of years for Weezer. After enlisting the help of Weird Al Yankovic for their fan requested cover of Toto's Africa, they ended up recruiting him to parody their video for "Come Undone (the sweater song)". Then to the dismay of many they dropped a surprise all-covers album.
Some fans say that Weezer used to reference meme culture but now they have become it. Personally I love a band who doesn't take themselves to seriously and their tunes have always gotten my toes tapping.
